Were hiring a Bilingual Licensed Insurance Sales Agent (Spanish preferred) to support our growing agency. This role focuses on Personal Lines P&C sales with opportunities to write Commercial and LHA insurance. Ideal for candidates who enjoy helping clients, closing sales, and building trusted relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Sell Personal Lines, with additional opportunities in Commercial and LHA
Handle new inbound leads, follow-up calls, and retention conversations
Provide clear explanations of coverage options and pricing
Maintain accurate client records across agency and carrier systems
Deliver friendly, customer-focused service on every interaction
Qualifications
Florida 220 or 440 insurance license
Spanish bilingual encouraged, not required
Experience in P&C sales a plus
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
