Wellington Hawkins - State Farm Agency is seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative for a full-time opportunity in Jacksonville, FL. This position plays a key role within a high-performing, award-winning State Farm agency, dedicated to meeting the insurance needs of customers while supporting the growth and success of the team. As a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative, you will leverage your expertise in both English and Spanish to deliver outstanding service and build lasting relationships with a diverse client base.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive outreach, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs.
- Market and present a range of insurance products and services tailored to individual customer requirements.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and address ongoing needs.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, ensuring all inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, billing, claims, and coverage options are addressed with professionalism.
- Support customers through the insurance application process and assist with policy updates and claim submissions as necessary.
Qualifications
- Current or obtainable Florida 2-15 Resident Health & Life license preferred prior to start date.
- Ability to obtain Florida 4-40, 20-44, or 2-20 license (reimbursement available after 30 days of employment).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Previous insurance sales experience, particularly in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health, is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven ability to relate effectively to customers and deliver positive service experiences.
