- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales and service process.
- Support the agency in achieving sales targets by actively participating in marketing and outreach efforts.
- Assist customers in understanding policy options and coverage details to make informed decisions about their insurance needs.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for effective communication with a diverse customer base.
- Previous sales experience or customer service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.

- Ability to relate effectively to customers, creating a positive experience with each interaction.
- Willingness and ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses if not currently licensed.
