Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative for a full-time opportunity in Jonesboro, GA. Responsibilities- Develop and pursue new business leads through proactive outreach, networking, and engagement initiatives to expand the agency’s customer base in Jonesboro, GA.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with potential and existing clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Engage in value-based conversations to educate clients about insurance options, supporting them in making informed decisions that align with their goals and risk profiles.
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction, address questions, and identify opportunities for additional coverage or policy adjustments.
- Fluency in English and at least one of the following: Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, Cantonese, or Mandarin is required for this Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative position in Jonesboro, GA.
- Previous insurance sales experience and/or Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses are preferred but not required. Candidates must be willing and able to obtain these licenses if not already held.
- Prior experience in sales, such as outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, is a plus.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills, with the ability to relate effectively to customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
