- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and agency sales goals.
- Maintain organized records of client communications, policy details, and follow-up actions using agency management systems.
- Assist customers with the application and claims process to ensure a positive experience and timely resolution of concerns.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for success as a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative in Metairie, LA.
- Previous experience in insurance sales, property & casualty, or life & health insurance is preferred but not mandatory.
- Sales experience in other fields (such as retail, telemarketing, or customer service) is also considered valuable.
