Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent (P&C, Life & Health) - Summary- Full-time insurance sales position within a respected State Farm agency

- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
- Identify and develop new insurance service opportunities for both existing and prospective clients
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing details
- Utilize a customer-focused needs assessment to educate clients on available insurance products and options
- Prepare insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close new business
- Develop and manage ongoing networking relationships to support business growth
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success and agency goals
- Hourly wage plus commission and bonus opportunities
