Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent (Spanish/English) for a full-time opportunity in Orange, CA. As a Bilingual Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting a diverse portfolio of insurance products, including life, health, property, and casualty policies, ensuring clients are well-informed and properly protected.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer-focused, needs-based reviews to educate clients about available insurance options and recommend suitable products.
- Develop leads through community engagement, outreach, and referrals, effectively scheduling appointments and following up with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the agency team to establish and meet marketing and sales goals aligned with office objectives.
- Identify and assess customer needs to market relevant insurance products, ensuring coverage meets individual and family requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policies, and sales activities in accordance with compliance standards.
- Provide ongoing service and support to policyholders, assisting with claims processes and responding to policy questions or updates.
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required to effectively serve a diverse customer base.
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license is mandatory.
- Ability to obtain Life & Health insurance license if not already held.
- Previous sales experience, whether in outside sales, inside sales, retail, or telemarketing, is preferred but not required.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills to clearly explain insurance products and processes.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and effectively relate to customers from varied backgrounds.
