Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage leads by contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments, and fostering client relationships.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products and services tailored to their requirements.
- Establish and maintain ongoing relationships with clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including handling inquiries related to insurance policies, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Support the agency’s sales objectives by meeting or exceeding established sales goals and quotas.
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required for effective communication with a diverse client base.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required at the time of hire.
- Life & Health insurance license preferred; candidates must be willing and able to obtain this credential if not currently licensed.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field such as inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas is advantageous.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening skills for effective customer engagement and service.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to build rapport and relate effectively to a wide variety of customers.
