Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed) Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed) to join our team on a full-time basis in Orange, CA. This opportunity is ideal for a professional fluent in both Spanish and English who holds an active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license. As a key member of our agency, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our diverse client base, ensuring a high standard of communication and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about various insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services in accordance with agency guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and contribute to a professional, team-oriented work environment.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with our diverse clientele.
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license (P&C) is a must.
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health insurance license is preferred.
- Previous sales experience—such as outside or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing—is preferred but not required.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills to deliver outstanding service.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to customers and understand their needs.
