Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed) Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative (P&C Licensed) to join our professional team on a full-time basis in Denver, CO. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences while supporting the growth and success of a reputable State Farm agency. This position provides an excellent opportunity for an energetic professional with a valid Property and Casualty insurance license who is fluent in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up communications.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications in a prompt, accurate, and friendly manner.
- Develop new business leads, schedule appointments, identify client needs, and present suitable insurance products and services.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and total commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly success goals in a fast-paced office environment.
- Support the agency's growth objectives through value-based conversations and proactive outreach to potential and existing customers.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license required.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to effectively serve a diverse client base.
- Ability to commute daily to the agency office in Denver, CO for this in-office position.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to multi-task effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong ability to relate to customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Must be able to obtain a Life & Health insurance license if not already held.
Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance sales experience, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, is preferred.
- Previous experience in sales roles such as inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas is highly desirable.
