Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) to join a dynamic team in a full-time capacity. This role is essential in delivering exceptional service to insurance clients and supporting the overall mission of the agency. As a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will leverage your communication skills and insurance knowledge to assist customers, respond to inquiries, and ensure clients have a positive experience with every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, policy transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate customers on insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process, ensuring clients understand their coverage and available products.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to success every day, maintaining high standards of professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve agency goals and deliver a remarkable customer experience.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and active listening abilities, in both English and Spanish.

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required, or willingness and eligibility to obtain one.
