Our team is seeking a dedicated Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) to provide exceptional service and support to our valued clients. Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and connect with both new and existing clients to identify their insurance needs.
- Market insurance products and services that are tailored to individual customer requirements.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered promptly.
- Provide timely, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and encourage ongoing engagement with the agency.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required for effective communication with diverse clients.
- Insurance sales experience, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, is preferred but not mandatory; candidates must be able to obtain these licenses if not already held.
- Prior experience in sales, whether as an inside sales representative, outside sales associate, retail sales associate, or in telemarketing, is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals or quotas is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple customer needs simultaneously.
- Ability to build rapport and relate effectively to customers from diverse backgrounds.
