Key Responsibilities- Establish, build, and maintain customer relationships by proactively engaging with clients and providing personalized service to address their insurance needs.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention, as well as to address any ongoing or new insurance requirements.
- Collaborate closely with the agent and team members to establish and achieve marketing and sales goals for the agency.
- Display a strong work ethic and a consistent commitment to success on a daily basis, contributing to the growth and success of the agency.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous process improvement and enhanced customer experience.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for effective communication with a diverse client base.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and listening skills, with a proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with various computer applications, particularly Windows-based systems.

- Must be able to obtain Property and Casualty insurance license, as well as Life and Health license, as required by the agency and state regulations.
