- Follow up with clients to provide ongoing support and answer any questions regarding their policies or coverage options.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, both in-person and through various communication channels.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about different insurance products, including auto, home, recreational, and business insurance.
- Assist clients in understanding their coverage options and support them in making informed decisions that best suit their individual or business requirements.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a consistent commitment to achieving team and agency goals.

- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
