Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Provide exceptional service to insurance clients in both Spanish and English
- Utilize insurance licensing (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) to support and educate clients
- Establish and nurture customer relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Support agency goals through proactive communication and teamwork
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their insurance needs are met promptly and efficiently
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, billing, and more
- Educate clients on insurance products and services using a needs-based approach
- Conduct thorough policy reviews and follow up with customers as required
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English
- Maintain an organized workflow, managing multiple tasks and providing accurate, timely reports to the agent
- Remain current on product changes, licensing, technical developments, and required continuing education
- Collaborate effectively with team members, supporting a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Active Life and Health insurance license (required)
