Key Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls and greet clients, ensuring each interaction is handled with professionalism and courtesy.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up with clients as necessary to address their questions and concerns.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance products, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing matters.
- Educate customers about available insurance options through a customer-focused, needs-based approach, helping them make informed decisions about their policies.
- Support the agency by assisting with administrative tasks and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English): Must be able to read, speak, and write in both Spanish and English fluently.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate effectively to customers and assess their needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Must have or be willing to obtain state-required insurance licenses, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
