As a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative, you will leverage your communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability to educate customers on insurance options and deliver prompt, accurate service.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, billing clarification, claim submissions, and policy transfers.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based approach to educate and inform clients about suitable insurance options.
- Ensure all customer service interactions are handled in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to daily success and agency growth.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve individual and team goals.
- Provide thorough and timely activity reports to the agency owner as required.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education in the insurance field.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida 2-15, 2-20, or 4-40 insurance license required prior to starting.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative position.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
