Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative (Spanish/English) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, ensuring consistent and proactive follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients, including responding to questions about insurance products, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and a strong work ethic, demonstrating commitment to success in all daily activities.
- Provide thorough and timely activity reports to the agency, supporting ongoing operations and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Stay current on product updates, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continue participating in relevant training and education opportunities.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required for effective communication with a diverse client base.
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses prior to starting (fees reimbursed after 90 days).
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, especially in customer service or insurance-related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive in problem solving and task completion.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
