Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative - Summary
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing assistance in both English and Spanish.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to address insurance inquiries, policy changes, and claims.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships through proactive communication and follow-up.
- Assist clients with questions about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients on insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily and long-term goals.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent for ongoing evaluation and improvement.
- Remain current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Property & Casualty license (must be obtained prior to start date; fee reimbursed after 90 days).
- Life & Health license (must be obtained prior to start date; fee reimbursed after 90 days).
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work flexible hours as outlined by the agency's schedule.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Must reside within a designated proximity to the office for effective service delivery.
