Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Engage in value-based conversations to foster strong customer relationships and ensure a remarkable customer experience.
- Follow up with customers as needed to maintain and strengthen client relationships.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to all customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using agency management systems.
- Work collaboratively with the agency team to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- Stay informed about agency products, services, and policy changes to provide up-to-date information to clients.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is preferred to effectively serve a diverse client base.
- Must have, or be able to obtain, a State of Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative license, 2-20 General Lines license, or 20-44 license.
- Ability to obtain a State of Florida 2-15 life/health/variable annuity license within 6 to 12 months of the start date.
- Sales experience in fields such as inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred but not required.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to effectively relate to and understand the needs of customers from diverse backgrounds.
