We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Insurance Agent – P&C, Life & Health, Vietnamese/English to join a successful State Farm agent’s dynamic team. This full-time or part-time opportunity is ideal for a licensed insurance professional who is committed to helping clients protect what matters most, while advancing their own career in the insurance industry.
As a Bilingual Insurance Agent – P&C, Life & Health, Vietnamese/English, you will play a key role in growing the agency’s business by building strong customer relationships, identifying client needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively in both Vietnamese and English will enable you to serve a diverse clientele, enhancing trust and understanding throughout every interaction. You’ll leverage your New York Property and Casualty license, as well as Life and Health credentials, to educate clients on their insurance options and ensure their coverage aligns with their unique circumstances.
Whether you have prior experience working in a State Farm agency or another insurance setting, your expertise in Commercial Lines, Life Insurance, or Medicare Supplement Sales will be highly valued. Remote, hybrid, and in-house working arrangements are available, offering flexibility to fit your needs. Bilingual Insurance Agent – P&C, Life & Health, Vietnamese/English – Summary- Deliver insurance solutions and customer service to Vietnamese and English-speaking clients
- Utilize your Property & Casualty, Life, and Health licenses to meet diverse insurance needs
- Contribute to agency growth through value-based conversations and relationship building
- Flexible employment options: full-time, part-time, remote, hybrid, or in-house
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships, following up as needed
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to all clients
- Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based, consultative approach
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to daily success
- Develop new service opportunities with existing and prospective clients
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent
- Stay current on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education
- Handle sensitive and confidential client information with professionalism and discretion

- Life and Health insurance license
- Prior State Farm or related insurance experience (required for remote roles)
- Experience with Commercial Lines, Life Insurance, or Medicare Supplement Sales is a plus
- Securities Licenses (Series 6/63/65) highly desirable
