Bilingual Insurance Account Representative Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and motivated Bilingual Insurance Account Representative to join our team in El Paso, TX on a part-time basis. Responsibilities- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate insurance products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing timely and effective follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Engage in value-based conversations to ensure clients receive the most suitable insurance solutions for their unique situations.
- Support overall agency growth objectives by participating in marketing and outreach activities.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Must be available to work part-time, Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
- Insurance sales experience or current Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) licenses are preferred, but not required; training will be provided for qualified candidates.
- Previous sales experience in roles such as inside sales, outside sales, retail sales associate, or telemarketing is preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential.
- Self-motivated individual with a demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to relate to and understand customer needs.
- Willingness and ability to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses if not already held.
