Insurance Account Manager Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and bilingual Insurance Account Manager to join a State Farm Agency in Pomona, CA. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an individual who is fluent in both Spanish and English and holds an active Property and Casualty insurance license. As an Insurance Account Manager, you will play a key role in supporting clients and driving agency growth by delivering exceptional service and value-based insurance solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop leads and schedule appointments to connect with prospective and current clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, including property, casualty, life, and health insurance options.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and timely follow-up.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, assisting clients with inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage details, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work collaboratively with the agent team to meet sales goals and deliver a remarkable customer experience.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to serve the diverse client base effectively.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
- Life & Health insurance license is preferred and considered a plus.
- Minimum of prior insurance sales or service experience is required.
- Strong sales experience and a proven track record in meeting sales goals or quotas are preferred.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ability to multi-task and relate effectively to customers from various backgrounds.
