Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture leads by scheduling appointments and conducting value-based conversations with potential clients.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services to meet their requirements.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients through ongoing communication and follow-up.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Support agency growth by actively participating in marketing and outreach initiatives.
- Ensure all client information is handled with confidentiality and professionalism, adhering to established policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to effectively serve a diverse client base.
- Prior experience in insurance sales, including property & casualty or life & health insurance, is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates with the right skills and attitude.
- Sales experience in roles such as inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets is preferred.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, with strong listening skills.
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds and provide a positive customer experience.
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses if not already licensed.
