Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients to identify insurance needs and recommend suitable products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring consistent follow-up and a high level of client satisfaction.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries regarding insurance products, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Assist clients in understanding available insurance options, explaining policy details and benefits in both English and Spanish.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the agency’s overall success.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Sales experience is preferred; this may include inside or outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing roles.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals or quotas is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong listening skills.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to relate effectively to customers, providing a supportive and knowledgeable experience.
- Property & Casualty license and Life & Health license are preferred; candidates must be able to obtain these licenses if not already held.
