Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify sales leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer insurance needs through effective communication in both Spanish and English.
- Market appropriate State Farm products and services, including auto, home, life, and health insurance, to new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by following up as needed and providing ongoing support throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage options, policy changes, claims, transfers, and billing questions.
- Work collaboratively with agency team members to achieve sales targets and provide a seamless client experience.
- Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional service and a willingness to learn about new products and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required to effectively serve our diverse client base in Bonita Springs, FL.
- Previous sales experience, whether in insurance, retail, telemarketing, or another client-facing role, is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with a strong ability to listen and connect with customers.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in all interactions.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively relate to a wide variety of customers.
- Property & Casualty insurance license and Life & Health insurance license are highly desirable. Candidates who do not currently possess these licenses must be able to obtain them as part of the onboarding process, with agency support.
- A successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals or quotas is a plus.
