Bilingual HR Coordinator - Summary
- Facilitates comprehensive Human Resources functions, including full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, and policy communication.
- Serves as a bilingual liaison to effectively communicate with both English and Spanish-speaking employees.
- Supports administrative tasks within the Accounting department, contributing to overall operational excellence.
- Works closely with employees and management to maintain and promote a positive workplace culture.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for manufacturing and office positions, including job postings, applicant screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes.
- Conduct new hire orientations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all onboarding documentation.
- Serve as a primary HR contact for employees, addressing questions related to company policies, benefits, leave, and employment matters.
- Translate HR documents, policies, procedures, and training materials between English and Spanish to ensure accessibility and understanding for all employees.
- Maintain confidential employee personnel files and accurate HRIS records.
- Assist with benefits administration, workers' compensation, unemployment claims, and leave management.
- Support payroll functions by processing employee status changes and maintaining accurate timekeeping records.
- Document employee relations concerns and collaborate with management on resolutions.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and training activities to enhance workplace morale and development.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain compliance documentation, and participate in audit processes.
- Provide administrative support to the Accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, invoice processing, vendor file management, and financial data entry.
- Assist with month-end reporting, special accounting projects, and daily operational tasks such as bank and post office runs.
- Welcome visitors and serve as the first point of contact by greeting guests and directing them as needed.
- Perform additional HR and administrative duties as assigned to support smooth office operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (Required).
- Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or HR administration.
- Familiarity with onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, or payroll functions is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational abilities with a proven capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all HR matters.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Accounting or administrative support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
