We are seeking a dedicated and personable Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a full-time position in Villa Rica, GA. Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely and accurate responses to client inquiries.
- Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring high satisfaction levels and a positive agency reputation.
- Educate clients on available insurance options by using a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
- Respond to questions regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, billing clarifications, and more.
- Proactively follow up with clients to resolve outstanding issues and maintain ongoing engagement.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a daily commitment to achieving team and personal success.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, contributing to a supportive and efficient office environment.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to communicate effectively with a diverse client base.
- Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license (training and support provided for the right candidate).
- Excellent phone contact handling skills, including active listening and clear verbal communication.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to empathize with and advocate for clients.
- Patient, empathetic, and communicative, with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced office setting.
- Strong computer skills and a high level of comfort working with various office software and systems.
