Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones and greeting clients and prospects in a courteous and professional manner.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure ongoing satisfaction and engagement.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing questions.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance products and options, ensuring they make informed decisions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and total commitment to success by consistently striving to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, contributing to effective agency operations.
- Remain current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing education as needed.
Qualifications
- Possession of a 4-40 Insurance License or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire is required.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is essential for this bilingual role.
- Previous experience with State Farm systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
