Bilingual Customer Service Representative Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish) to join a State Farm Agent’s team on a full-time basis in Florida. Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about their insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to success each day.
- Provide timely and thorough reports to the agent detailing daily activities and customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and pursue continuing education as required.
Requirements

- Florida Insurance License 4-40 or 2-20 preferred (candidates must obtain at least 4-40 prior to starting employment).
