- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance solutions and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Maintain a strong work ethic, demonstrating commitment to achieving team and individual goals every day.
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to ensure seamless service delivery and consistent customer satisfaction.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent to support operational efficiency and transparency.

- Property & Casualty license required, or the ability to obtain such licensing within the required timeframe.
