We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a State Farm agent’s team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals fluent in both Spanish and English who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and are eager to contribute to the success and growth of the agency. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing support to clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships by providing timely and effective follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance coverage, eligibility, policy changes, claim submissions, billing questions, and policy transfers.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about various insurance options.
- Maintain a high level of work ethic with a strong commitment to daily success and agency goals.
- Collaborate effectively within the team environment to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and provide timely, thorough activity reports to the agent.
- Stay current with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and participate in continuing education as necessary.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

- Ability to learn and efficiently utilize computer functions related to the role.

- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license and Life and Health license (support provided if not currently licensed).
