Responsibilities
- Assist bilingual clients with inquiries related to insurance policies, coverage details, and claims processes, ensuring clear communication in both Spanish and English.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Translate documents and correspondence between English and Spanish, ensuring accuracy and clarity for all parties.
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately.
- Educate clients about insurance products, helping them make informed decisions tailored to their needs.
- Maintain up-to-date client records and documentation using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support the agency’s mission by fostering customer loyalty and enhancing the overall client experience.
Qualifications
- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in the insurance industry, is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
- Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a commitment to customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with insurance products, terminology, and policies is a plus.
Certifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is a plus.
- Relevant Florida state insurance licenses (Customer Service Representative, Property & Casualty, Life and Health) preferred. Willingness to obtain required licenses is necessary; costs associated with licensing may be reimbursed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Bilingual; fluent in Spanish and English.
