Key Responsibilities

- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance products, policy eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate customers about available insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to ensure clients make informed decisions.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate total commitment to achieving success and meeting customer needs on a daily basis.
- Prepare and provide timely and thorough activity reports to the State Farm agent as part of ongoing performance and customer service tracking.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities in both English and a second language.

- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license and Life and Health license as required by state regulations.
