We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Villa Rica, GA. Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships by following up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based process to educate clients about insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a commitment to success each day through reliability, professionalism, and positive interactions with clients and peers.
- Handle a variety of front office administrative duties, including managing calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting daily office operations.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients in both English and Spanish, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed effectively.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Strong phone contact handling skills, with the ability to actively listen and provide solutions tailored to each client's needs.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and understanding of products and services.
- Willingness to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license, with training provided for the right candidate.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and resolving their concerns.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to advocate for clients, demonstrating passion for excellent service.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to think quickly and address issues as they arise.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks efficiently, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
