Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, addressing inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about various insurance options and help them make informed decisions.
- Consistently demonstrate a strong work ethic and a daily commitment to achieving team and personal success.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent to ensure high standards of service and communication.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills.

- Proficiency in computer functions and a willingness to learn new technologies as needed.

- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Florida Insurance License 4-40 or 2-20 is preferred; candidates must obtain at least a 4-40 license prior to starting.
