The Bilingual Customer Service Representative position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals fluent in both Spanish and English to join a dynamic insurance agency team. Bilingual Customer Service Representatives play a key part in building and maintaining client relationships, providing insurance information, and ensuring satisfaction throughout each customer interaction.
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, proactively following up with clients as necessary to address questions and concerns.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to customers, responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy coverages, changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing questions.
- Educate customers about available insurance options using a needs-based review process tailored to each individual.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and a commitment to daily success, meeting both personal and team goals.
- Provide timely and comprehensive activity reports to the agent to ensure clear communication and workflow.
- Stay up to date with product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and continuing education to provide accurate information and service.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills.

- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license and Life and Health license as required by state regulations; support for licensing and training is provided.
