Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Summary- Serve as the first point of contact for emergency calls in a 24/7 response center
- Utilize bilingual abilities (English/Spanish or English/French) to assist a diverse customer base
- Coordinate dispatch activities and provide timely, accurate information to callers
