Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and ongoing support to clients regarding insurance products and services.
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing inquiries.
- Educate customers about insurance products and options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure all issues are resolved and questions are answered.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate a consistent commitment to success and high-quality service.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the insurance agent for tracking and quality assurance purposes.
- Keep up to date on product changes, licensing requirements, technical developments, and ongoing education opportunities.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is preferred, to support a diverse client base and provide the highest level of service.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a proactive approach to solving customer issues.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and achieving work goals accurately and in a timely manner.
- Proficiency with computer functions and the ability to quickly learn new software applications related to insurance services.
- Ability to remain adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced setting while maintaining professionalism.
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license and Life and Health license as required for the role.
