Key Responsibilities

- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service by responding to a variety of inquiries related to insurance products, including availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claims submissions, and billing clarification.
- Educate customers about insurance options through a customer-focused, needs-based review process, helping them make informed decisions regarding their policies.

Licensing Requirements
- Must either possess or be able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Must either possess or be able to obtain a Life and Health insurance license.
