Responsibilities- Establish and nurture professional relationships with customers, ensuring timely follow-up as needed to address client needs and maintain satisfaction.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing inquiries.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about available insurance options and assist them in making informed decisions.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and maintain a consistent commitment to achieving daily success and supporting overall agency goals.
- Provide thorough and timely reports on activities, ensuring transparency and open communication with agency leadership.
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English is highly preferred, enabling effective communication with a broad client base.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills, contributing to positive interactions with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive approach to problem-solving, and a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.

- Willingness to obtain and maintain a Property & Casualty insurance license as well as a Life and Health insurance license, as required by the agency and regulatory authorities.
