Key Responsibilities

- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about a variety of insurance options available through the agency.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and demonstrate total commitment to daily success, supporting the agency’s goals and mission.
- Provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent, ensuring transparent communication and documentation.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English is required for this Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Portuguese/English) position.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
