Responsibilities

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing follow-up and support as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, policy updates, transfers, claims, and billing processes.
- Engage in value-driven conversations to help clients understand coverage options and make informed decisions regarding their insurance needs.
- Collaborate with team members to support overall agency goals and provide consistent, high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required to effectively assist a diverse client base.
- Previous insurance sales experience is preferred, with a focus on Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance products.
- Sales experience in other areas, such as outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing, is also valued.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas is preferred.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to relate to customers and deliver client-focused solutions is crucial.
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses if not already held.
