Drew Edmond - State Farm Agency, located in Lincoln, NE has an immediate opening for a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Account Manager. Insurance experience is not required as we will train the right person with the right personality and skill set! High performers will excel in this position.
Compensation:
$16/Hour - $20/Hour

1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
- Reaching out to potential leads to generate interest in State Farm products.
- Reaching out to previous customers to re-engage their interest in coming back to State Farm for their insurance needs.
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Marketing - local community outreach efforts.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

Requirements
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Customer Service Experience
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer
- Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
