Lisa Forte' - State Farm Agency is seeking a dedicated and motivated Bilingual Insurance Account Manager (Spanish/English) to join our team in Hickory, NC. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture leads by scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and recommending suitable insurance products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries related to insurance coverage options, policy changes, eligibility, claim submissions, transfers, and billing clarifications.
- Support the agency’s growth objectives by meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to a positive team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required for effective communication with a diverse client base.
- Insurance sales experience, particularly in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance, is preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous roles in outside or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing are a plus.
- Successful history of achieving sales goals or quotas is advantageous.
- Strong written, verbal, and active listening communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer relations.
- A Property & Casualty insurance license is required or must be obtained upon employment.
- A Life & Health insurance license is required or must be obtained upon employment.
