Batch Operator - Summary

- Schedule, initiate, and oversee batch jobs across multiple technical environments
- Monitor production systems to ensure high availability, stability, and uptime
- Perform root cause analysis on production errors and coordinate long-term remediation
- Develop, implement, and maintain SQL queries and SSIS packages for monitoring and reporting
- Coordinate with development, database, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and improve performance
- Document processes, incidents, and solutions to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance
- Continuously seek opportunities to automate and streamline batch operations

Qualifications & Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in application development and support
- 4+ years of hands-on production support experience with .NET applications
- 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining SSIS packages
- Strong technical proficiency in C#, BizTalk, SOAP, and REST web services
- Thorough understanding of batch processing design, scheduling, and execution
- Solid experience with SQL development, monitoring, and reporting
