Automotive Technician (ASE Master Technician) - Summary- Full-time position specializing in advanced diagnostics and repairs

- Diagnose and repair vehicles, addressing issues from bumper to bumper
- Handle complex drivability, electrical, diagnostic, and intermittent concerns
- Diagnose CAN/network and no-code faults using proper testing methods
- Utilize professional scan tools, scopes, OEM service information, and diagnostic equipment
- Perform high-quality repairs and thoroughly document all work performed
- Collaborate with service advisors to accurately diagnose and communicate customer concerns
- Mentor and provide guidance to B- and C-Level Technicians
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and shop efficiency

- 7-10+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
- Extensive experience as an A-Level/Master Technician
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and troubleshooting abilities
- Familiarity with professional scan tools and OEM/aftermarket repair information
- L1 Advanced Engine Performance certification strongly preferred
- Hybrid/EV and ADAS experience considered a plus
- Professional tool set required
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Certifications not required for hiring; ongoing training and certification testing supported
- Experienced automotive professional with a passion for diagnostics and repair
