- Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical components
- Use diagnostic equipment and hand tools to troubleshoot vehicle issues efficiently
- Collaborate with other Automotive Technicians and service advisors to ensure high-quality customer service
- Communicate clearly with customers about vehicle repairs and recommended maintenance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with automotive technology
- Provide accurate documentation of repairs and parts used in accordance with company policies
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the shop

- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or similar role in automotive repair
- Proficient with automotive diagnostic tools and repair equipment
- Ability to diagnose and repair various vehicle systems independently
- Skilled in working as part of a team in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication abilities for customer interaction and teamwork
- Physical ability to lift/move over 50 pounds occasionally
- Comfortable working with vehicles lifted above head height and in tight spaces
- Manual dexterity for efficient use of hand tools
- Ability to walk and stand for most of the workday
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Basic computer navigation skills for repair documentation
- Experienced Automotive Technician passionate about quality repair and customer service
