Automotive Porter - Summary- Key support role in a modern, tech-enabled auto repair shop
- Responsible for vehicle movement, organization, and shop cleanliness
- Delivers direct customer service and supports shop operations

- Safely move, park, and organize customer vehicles throughout the shop and parking areas
- Assist with vehicle intake and delivery to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Perform basic vehicle inspections and report any visible damage or concerns to management
- Wash, vacuum, and prepare vehicles for customer pickup as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment, including lot and customer areas
- Support technicians and service advisors with vehicle transportation and operational tasks
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and comply with federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA standards and hazardous waste handling requirements

- 1+ year of experience as a porter, lot attendant, detailer, car washer, valet, or similar automotive role preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
- Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency in completing tasks
- Dependable, positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Comfortable using tablets or computers for basic shop software and communication
- Energetic and motivated with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Physically able to stand and walk for extended periods, lift/move up to 50 pounds, and work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

- Physical requirements include frequent standing, walking, and occasional lifting/moving of up to 50 pounds
- Position involves working both indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
