- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and repair vehicles bumper-to-bumper
- Address complex drivability, electrical, diagnostic, and intermittent vehicle issues
- Diagnose CAN/network and no-code faults using professional testing and diagnostic methods
- Utilize advanced scan tools, scopes, OEM service information, and diagnostic equipment
- Deliver high-quality repairs and thorough documentation of all work performed
- Collaborate with service advisors to accurately diagnose and communicate customer concerns
- Mentor and support B- and C-Level Technicians in technical and professional development
- Maintain rigorous standards for quality, safety, and overall shop efficiency

- 7-10+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferred
- Demonstrated experience as an A-Level/Master Technician
- Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Proficiency with professional scan tools and OEM/aftermarket repair resources
- L1 Advanced Engine Performance certification strongly preferred
- Experience with hybrid, EV, and ADAS systems is a plus
- Ownership of professional tool set
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive manual-transmission vehicles
- Strong communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills
- Certifications are not mandatory for hiring; ongoing training and certification support provided

- Physical requirements include the ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and reach throughout the workday

- Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required
