Audio Visual Analyst (AV Analyst) - Summary- Support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audiovisual systems across corporate meeting spaces, digital signage, and live events.
- Ensure reliable, high-quality AV technology that supports effective business communication and continuity.
- Partner with IT, facilities, business teams, and vendors to deliver practical AV solutions that enhance the end-user experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation for all AV systems and identify opportunities to improve service and quality.
- Install, configure, and maintain AV systems including Microsoft Teams Rooms, AV control systems (e.g., Crestron, MAXHUB), and digital signage platforms (e.g., OptiSigns, MOOD Media).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV setups and integrations, minimizing downtime for business operations.
- Collaborate with IT and facilities departments to ensure AV infrastructure aligns with company standards and business needs.
- Provide on-site and remote support for executive meetings, company events, and day-to-day AV requirements.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of all AV systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Identify and recommend improvements to enhance AV system performance and user satisfaction.
- Coordinate with external vendors for system upgrades, repairs, and new installations.

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in audio-visual system installation and maintenance.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft Teams Rooms and AV integration best practices.
- Experience with AV control systems such as Crestron and MAXHUB.
- Working knowledge of digital signage systems like OptiSigns and MOOD Media.
- Familiarity with network and IT infrastructure as it relates to AV systems integration.
